Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Tarnea SaveX Wellness Plan ("the Plan"), provided by Tarnea Technology Solutions Private Limited ("the Company"). By subscribing to the Plan, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription and Eligibility

1.1 The Plan is available to individuals residing in India and over the age of 18 years.

1.2 Subscriptions are available for a tenure of 6 months from the date of activation.

1.3 The Plan is designed to cover a family of four people, including two adults and two children up to the age of 25.

1.4 The Plan has two variants: SavePlus and SaveMax.

2. Plan Benefits during the term of the plan

  • Medicines: Discount on prescription medicines, up to a maximum of ₹600 on the SavePlus Plan and ₹1200 on the SaveMax Plan.

  • Prescribed Diagnostics: Discount up to ₹400 on the SavePlus Plan and ₹1000 on the SaveMax Plan.

  • In-Clinic Consultations: Discount up to ₹400 on the SavePlus Plan and ₹1000 on the SaveMax Plan.

  • Doctor-On-Call : Unlimited teleconsultations with doctors on our network for both SavePlus and SaveMax members.

  • Virtual Guided Yoga Sessions: 260 recorded sessions for SavePlus members and 520 recorded sessions for SaveMax members.

  • Virtual Guided Meditation Sessions: Not available in SavePlus, 260 recorded sessions in SaveMax.

  • Virtual Nutritionist Counselling: 1 session for SavePlus members and 4 sessions for SaveMax members.

  • Virtual Habit Coaching: 1 session for SavePlus members and 4 sessions for SaveMax members.

  • Virtual Psychology Counselling: Not available in SavePlus, 1 session in SaveMax.

  • Virtual Fitness Program: Available in both SavePlus and SaveMax Plans.

  • Virtual Guided Weight Loss Program: 40-day program for SavePlus members and 100-day program for SaveMax members.

  • AI Diet Planner: Unlimited access for both SavePlus and SaveMax members.

  • Cult-Fit Elite Pass: Up to 40% discount for both SavePlus and SaveMax members.

Note: Membership pricing is exclusive of 18% GST.

3. Activation and Usage

3.1 The Plan becomes active after 24 hours of submission of required documents and the successful payment and confirmation.
3.2 Members will receive a unique membership number via email.
3.3 The benefits are non-transferable and can only be availed by the registered member(s) and their dependents. Maximum of 4 family members can be added in a single plan.

4. Discounts and Services

4.1 Medicines:

  • The discount on medicines applies to prescription medicines only.

  • The discount is applicable only at the partner pharmacy.

4.2 Consultations:

  • Unlimited teleconsultations are subject to the availability of healthcare providers.

  • Appointments must be booked through the partner app - Alyve Health.

4.3 Diagnostics:

  • The discount on diagnostics applies to tests and services provided by partnered diagnostic centers.

  • Members must present their digital membership card to avail the discount.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 The subscription fee is payable in full at the time of purchase.
5.2 The subscription fee is non-refundable, except in cases of error or defect in service as determined by the Company.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to modify the subscription fee with prior notice to members.

6. Member Responsibilities

6.1 Members must provide accurate and complete information during the subscription process.
6.2 Members are responsible for updating their contact information to receive timely notifications and updates.
6.3 Members must comply with the terms and conditions of partnered healthcare providers and pharmacies.

7. Additional Conditions

  • Only individuals who are part of the plan can avail the benefits.

  • Any instance of a fraudulent claim submitted by a user may result in temporary or permanent blocking of the user.

  • Only cashless bookings are covered in this plan - i.e., the service has to be booked through the partner app - Alyve Health.

  • Any ailment with sub-limit in Group medical plan coverage, including pre and post-hospitalization expenses, cannot be claimed under the OPD Policy.

  • Expenses related to any treatment necessitated due to participation in hazardous or adventure sports are not covered.

  • Treatment for alopecia, baldness, wigs, or toupees, and all related treatments (with or without prescription) are not covered.

  • Treatments received in health hydros, nature cure clinics, spas, or similar establishments are not covered.

  • Treatment for alcoholism, drug, or substance abuse is not covered.

  • Vaccinations are not covered (with or without prescription).

  • Consultations, treatment, and expenses related to Change of Gender are not covered.

  • Advance receipt/co-pay/Day-care/in-patient insurance deductions are not covered.

8. Termination and Suspension

8.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the membership of any member found violating these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 In case of termination, the member will be notified via email or phone.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its members.
9.2 Members’ personal data will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Plan services.
9.3 The Company will not share members’ personal data with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Plan.
10.2 The Company’s total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by the member.

11. Amendments

11.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
11.2 Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the Company’s website.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
12.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
